I could stare at Irina Werning’s past-meets-present photo essays forever. Her attention to detail is outstanding and her ability to bring her subjects back to a very specific moment in time and capture it on film is like nothing else I’ve ever seen.
Feist’s new video for her song, “Bittersweet Melodies”, uses Irina’s photo essay along with a small amount of behind the scenes video footage from some of Irina’s shoots.
This shit is hilarious and apparently hits the web every #puffpuffpassTuesday. At the minute mark, he legit looks like he’s passing out as he is giving away his secret recipe.

I’m back from being away in New York for 5 days and the dogs have started their official protest against me doing anything but play with them. They do know how to be convincing!
